Wipperoz is a Perth-based recruitment technology company building two connected products on AWS serverless:

• Virtual CV — AI-powered, verified candidate profiles with identity and credential verification, trust scores, video and job matching. Available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

• Orbit — the recruiter side: applicant intelligence, AI screening, pipeline management and job posting.

We are a tool, not an intermediary. We help candidates get hired faster and help recruiters make better decisions, without taking placement fees or sitting in the middle of the relationship.

The role

We're looking for a senior sales person who is a technology guru and knows SaaS, with 3–5 years of experience.

You'll sell SaaS technology, converting directors or managers of recruitment agencies and small and medium businesses to use Orbit to recruit.

You'll get leads and convert them into Orbit accounts, helping us grow the business across Australia with recruitment agencies and small and medium businesses that hire personnel.

Small team, lots of autonomy. Fully remote.

Pay: Commission-only, as an independent contractor (ABN required).

There’s no cap on the number of accounts.
