About Orbit

Orbit is a recruitment platform built in Perth, Australia, for staffing firms, agencies and businesses that hire. AI screening and matching help recruiters handle high application volumes and find the best candidates faster, while the decisions stay with people. Candidates come through Wipperoz Virtual CV, a live, verified CV that is always the person’s latest version. Orbit can also source suitable candidates who never applied. We don’t take placement fees and we don’t charge to publish job ads.

The role

You know staffing and recruitment businesses: agencies, RPO providers, IT staffing firms and in-house talent teams, in India or abroad. You know how much time goes into screening and shortlisting.

You’ll introduce Orbit to founders, delivery heads and recruitment managers in your network, show them how it works, and help them start on a plan. Every subscription you close pays you.

It’s non-exclusive. Keep your current job or clients, as long as you’re not selling a competing ATS or recruitment platform. If a firm currently employs or engages you, tell them you’re an Orbit partner before you pitch them.

What you earn For every Orbit subscription you close, you receive a flat payout equal to the customer’s first month, in the currency they pay (USD or AUD):

Paid by international transfer (e.g. Wise) once the customer’s second monthly payment clears. There’s no cap on the number of accounts. Register each lead with us in writing. You have 90 days to close it.

Requirements

Experience in recruitment, staffing, RPO or B2B sales to recruitment firms A network of people who decide which hiring tools their firm uses Confident written and spoken English, comfortable running demos on video calls Available for calls during your clients’ business hours You work as an independent contractor: you invoice us as a business and handle your own local tax
