Admins find Candidate data requests in Settings, Account, Data & privacy.

• Enter the candidate’s email and choose Find. You see what the account holds about them: applications, matches to roles, screenings, invitations to apply, client submissions, notes, My candidates entries, interviews and access to their CV, with the roles involved.
• Export for this candidate prepares a file you can download for 7 days. Send it to the candidate yourself: Wipperoz doesn’t email them.
• Erase for this candidate… lists what will happen and asks you to type the address again. Applications become anonymous records, so roles keep their counts. Notes, stages, invitations, matches and My candidates entries are deleted, screenings are erased, client submissions are deleted and your access to their CV ends.
• Upcoming interviews are cancelled and the candidate is told. Your account keeps its record of every interview, past and cancelled ones included.
• The candidate’s own Virtual CV and Wipperoz account aren’t touched.

Until now, closing an account deleted everything at once. Close this account is in Settings, Account, Overview, for Admins. Before you confirm, it shows what the account holds, and you can export the account’s data right there.

• Straight away, open roles close, upcoming interviews and screenings are cancelled and their candidates are told, and the account’s access to candidates’ Virtual CVs and its client share links end.
• Billing stops straight away too: the plan is cancelled, and anything used but not billed yet, such as screenings beyond your allowance, goes on one final invoice. Invoices are kept.
• The team loses access and API keys stop working. Admins can still sign in, only to export the data or cancel the closure.
• Until the 30 days are up, an Admin can choose Cancel the closure. Access comes back, but roles stay closed: reopen the ones you still need.
• After 30 days, roles, applications, hiring records, imports, screenings, interviews and the team are deleted for good. Candidates’ own Wipperoz accounts and Virtual CVs aren’t affected.

Until now, a CV we couldn’t read fully showed a 0% fit with placeholder text and was ranked last.

• The applicant now shows CV couldn’t be read fully, with no fit or AI scores, and sorts with the unscored candidates. It can’t be assessed with AI until it’s read again, and automations wait instead of rejecting it.
• In the applicant’s panel, Reprocess CV reads the original PDF again while we keep it (30 days), and Upload the CV again reads a new PDF of up to 10 MB.
• For a candidate who has claimed their Virtual CV, Ask candidate to update their CV emails them, at most once a week.
• Once the CV is read, its fit is worked out again and your automations run on it. Reading a CV again costs nothing.

Wipperoz processes your candidates’ data on your behalf under our data processing agreement. An Admin accepts it for the whole account.

• Admins accept it in Settings, Account, Data & privacy. Everyone else sees where it stands in Settings, You, Privacy, with the names of the Admins who can accept it.
• A new account accepts it at sign-up: the box now reads I agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
• For an existing account, the 30 days start when an Admin next signs in. A banner on every page says by when, and Review and accept takes an Admin to the agreement.
• Once the 30 days are over, nobody on the account can use Orbit, and its API keys stop working, until an Admin accepts. An Admin can accept on that screen; everyone else is told whom to ask, and Check again lets them back in.
• The acceptance, with who accepted and when, appears in everyone’s Consent history.

• Opening a role that wasn’t among the newest 30 on Jobs, from a link or a bookmark, could take you back to Jobs or show the newest role’s candidates instead. It now opens that role, and a link to a role that doesn’t exist says We can’t find this role.
• A role’s header showed 0 applications while they were still loading. It now shows no number until they’re read, and uses the singular for one application.
• A person who applied to a role and was also one of its AI matches could be sent a second screening for it, with a second invitation, using a second screening from your allowance. Orbit now sends one screening per person per role, whichever of their rows you screen from.
• For that same person, the screening card didn’t update live while they took the screening. It now does.
• The draft card now reads naturally in every language (from earlier today, from yesterday, a weekday or a date), and the button that reads a pasted role is now called Extract the details.

• Help & support, in the sidebar under Settings, and the Help button in the corner of the screen open the Help panel. It replaces the chat bubble.
• The panel starts with Suggested for this page. Articles open inside it, so you can follow the steps in the app behind it, and Browse the Help Center opens the whole site.
• Contact support sends your message to our team. We reply by email, and you get a confirmation with a reference straight away.
• On a phone, open the panel from Help & support in the menu.
• Your messages to support are part of Download my data, and they’re deleted when you close your account.

Our Help Center has step-by-step articles for every part of Orbit, from posting a role to screening, interviews and billing, in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

• Help & support is the last item in the navigation, and the Help button sits in the corner of every page. Both open the Help panel.
• The panel starts with Suggested for this page. Articles open inside it, so you can keep working while you read, and Browse the Help Center opens the whole site.
• Contact support sends your message to our team. We reply by email, and you get a confirmation with a reference straight away.
• On a phone, Help & support is in the menu.

• Before you verify your identity explains what we capture (a photo of your ID and a short live video of your face), that Amazon Web Services runs the checks for us in the United States, that Wipperoz stores no image, what we keep and for how long, and how to remove it.
• Start stays disabled until you tick the consent box. Your consent is recorded before anything is captured, and it appears in your Consent history.
• If you’re already verified, the Identity page asks you once to confirm your consent. Choose Confirm to keep your verification, or Remove verification.
• Removing your verification, at any time, withdraws your consent, and your Consent history shows it.

Go to Settings, You, Privacy, where Download my data already was.

• Who can see you lists each CV: Live or Offline, how many employers have access, and whether invitations from employers are on. Public view settings opens that CV’s settings.
• Identity verification shows your status, what we hold and when it expires, with Remove verification.
• Screenings lists the AI screening interviews employers sent you. Remove my data deletes your answers and the quotes in that employer’s report, and we email you a confirmation.
• Communications shows whether marketing emails are on, and links to Your notifications.
• Consent history lists every consent you’ve given or withdrawn, newest first, with the privacy policy version it was given under. It’s part of Download my data.
• Privacy policy shows the version in effect, since when, and a link to read it.

• Your accounts lists each Orbit account you belong to or have left, with your role and when you joined or left.
• Leave ends your access straight away. API keys you created for that account are revoked, and invitations you sent that nobody accepted are cancelled. Notes and decisions you wrote stay with the account, and your own profile, preferences and sign-in stay with you.
• If you’re the only Admin, Leave is turned off: make someone else an Admin, or close the account.
• On the same page, Communications links to Your notifications, Consent history lists every consent you’ve given or withdrawn, including the data processing agreement your company accepted, and Privacy policy and DPA shows the versions that apply.

• On a managed ad with Auto-screen strong fits or Auto-move partial fits on, each new applicant is assessed once by AI against the role. The rules act on that score, banded by the role’s fit bands, instead of on how many of the role’s required skills the CV lists by name.
• The applicant then shows the score, such as 72% AI fit.
• The assessments come out of your account’s daily AI allowance. When it runs out, new applicants wait at New for you, and the automation’s activity says why.
• Auto-shortlist after screening and Auto-move partial fits now tell the candidate by email and notification, as a move you make does.
• Someone moved to Rejected by Auto-move partial fits is told the decision was automatic, that an AI reviewed their CV against the role, and that they can ask for a person at your company to review it by writing to privacy@wipperoz.com, which passes the request on.

Admins find both in Settings, Account, Data & privacy.

• Under Applicants of closed roles, set Keep for between 6 and 24 months. The default is 12. After that, a closed role’s applicants, with their applications, notes, verdicts and stage history, are de-identified, and the role keeps only its count.
• Review change… shows how many applicants a new period would affect before you save. A shorter period counts from the day you change it.
• Export the company’s data prepares one file with your roles, job ads, applications with your team’s notes, interviews, screenings, members, API keys without their secrets, and billing. A candidate’s CV is included only while they still give you access. Every admin is emailed when an export is requested.
• Everyone on the team can download their own data in Settings, You, Privacy, with Download my data.
• We email you when a file is ready. It can be downloaded from Settings for 7 days, and one export can be requested a day.

Go to Settings, You, Privacy, and under Download my data choose Request my data.

• The file holds your profile, CVs, cover letters, videos and applications, and the access you’ve given employers.
• Preparing it takes a few minutes, and you don’t need to keep the page open. We email you when it’s ready, and you download it from Settings once signed in. The email carries no download link.
• You can request one copy a day, and each file can be downloaded for 7 days.
• Your email address needs to be verified first.
• In Orbit, the same panel is in Settings, You, Privacy.

• Admins set the default in Settings, Account, Applicant fit. Orbit’s defaults are Strong from 75% and Good from 50%, and Reset to 75 / 50 brings them back.
• On a role, its Settings tab has Applicant fit bands: Follow the account default, or Custom for this role. Recruiters and admins can change it.
• A change re-labels the role’s applicants straight away and applies to the automations for new applicants. Nobody already on the role is moved.
• Auto-move partial fits now moves applicants under the role’s Good cutoff to Rejected. The cutoff had been fixed at 50%.
• The bands apply to applicants. AI matches keep Orbit’s own bands.

• Signing up for Orbit from a busy shared network, such as an office, could stop with an error before the account was created. It now completes.
• Stage emails to people who applied with a PDF weren’t delivered, although the stage history said they were sent. They now go to the address the person applied with, and the history says sent only once the email is on its way.
• A stage email didn’t go out when you hadn’t written a note, or when the role had no title. It now leaves those lines out.
• Stage emails now name the stage the way the candidate sees it in Virtual CV, such as Application received, instead of an internal code like SHORTLISTED.
• After you withdraw a screening, the card says when you can send a new one, and Screen again waits until then. Sending one sooner had said the person was invited too recently or too often, without a time. Screen selected leaves them out and says when.
• See the live page, on a role’s Settings tab, could open an older address for a role published before your company address was set. It now opens the current one.

• Job notifications, such as invitations, new matches and updates about your applications, now reach your notifications. Accounts created before 6 August didn’t get them.
• Share Link Settings listed your public CV twice under Your links: as Your public CV, with no figures, and as an Untitled link marked Primary, holding its views. It now shows once, as Your public CV, with its views and when it was last opened.

Open the email or the notification and Jobs opens with the role first, marked Invited by and the company’s name.

• The invited role stays at the top whatever your filters or minimum score, even if you passed on it before.
• Flash Apply sends the employer your Virtual CV. Once you have applied, the invitation is done and the application shows on Applications.
• If the employer closes the role, it leaves Jobs straight away.
• Invitations emailed before this change still open the role’s page, as before.

• Invite to apply sends the email and a notification in Virtual CV. Both open the person’s Jobs page, where your role waits at the top, ready to apply with their Virtual CV.
• Only people with a Virtual CV account can be invited. For anyone else, Orbit says so.
• When they apply, their match becomes their application: one candidate, marked Applied after the invitation.
• Until they apply, their Screening and Interviews cards say they are invited and Orbit is waiting for them to apply, and Screen, Propose an interview and Screen selected leave them out. Moving them between stages doesn’t email them.
• Someone who is only an AI match is never contacted by Wipperoz. Their cards ask you to invite them first, with Invite to apply, and moving them between stages stays silent.
• Invitations emailed before this change keep working.

• When you make a CV live, or change what it is matched on, matching starts on its own. Until the first matches arrive, Jobs says it is matching that CV. Search now and Refresh are gone, because you no longer need them.
• Open roles posted with Orbit that share at least one skill with your live CV, and fit its industry and location, now show on Jobs without an invitation, up to 10 per CV. A role that closes leaves at once.
• When you’ve been through every job, Jobs stays on the page and says You’re all caught up. With no live CV, it says Make a Virtual CV live to get matched, with a button to your CVs.

• Each application you made on Wipperoz shows Applied on Wipperoz, with the role’s title and the company.
• For a role posted with Orbit, a label says where it stands: Application received, Recruiter in touch, In process, Offer stage, Not progressed, Withdrawn or Role closed, with when it last changed. You never see the employer’s notes or internal stages.
• Updates about these applications now reach your notifications, as well as your email, and open Applications.
• An application made with Flash Apply had shown as applied elsewhere, without the role’s title. It now shows as it should, older ones included.

• A match needs at least one of the role’s required skills on the CV. Soft skills and spoken languages don’t count when the role asks for other skills. When few people have one, Orbit also looks at others, and keeps them only if the AI judges them relevant.
• Common alternative names count as the same skill, such as Go and Golang, or Node and Node.js. A general skill like Communication no longer matches a longer one that contains the word.
• Matches are ranked by score first. Seniority now lowers a score a little instead of sorting ahead of skills.

An admin sets it in Settings, Your public page, under Your address, with Save address. When you set up a new account, Orbit suggests one from your company name.

• Every role you publish lives under this address. The first time you publish, Orbit asks for it under First, your company address. If you aren’t an admin, it tells you an admin needs to choose it.
• You can change the address once every 30 days. Links under an older address, or under the id your roles used before, take people to the same role at the current one.
• An address you used before stays yours.
• Publishing a role through the API needs the address too.

• On Applicants, tick two to four people who applied to the same managed role and choose Compare. The role’s Candidates tab opens with them ticked and the comparison open. A tick that would mix roles, or a fifth person, can’t be chosen and says why.
• The comparison has one column per person: roles confirmed, verified certifications, recent experience with what is verified or endorsed, fit, screening outcome, whether their identity is verified, and notes. You can add a note for each person from there.
• Opening Compare no longer starts the AI. It compares them when you choose Compare these 2 with AI, or 3, or 4.
• A must-have the AI gave no verdict on now reads Not assessed. It had read as not shown in their CV. A missing AI score now shows no score instead of 0.
• Print / Save as PDF prints the comparison.

• The Interviews page listed screenings as interviews, some without the person’s name, and opening one said the interview didn’t exist. Screenings now show only on Screening and on the candidate’s screening card, and an old link to one opens Screening.
• Resend the email on a screening card shows only when the email can go out again. Within a day of the last one, the card says when you can resend, and after 3 it says that is the most for one screening. The button had shown anyway and then failed.
• View findings on the Screening page opens the findings straight away, and Back to screening returns you there. You had to choose View findings again on the candidate’s page, and going back led to the role.
• Removing someone from My candidates failed while they hadn’t answered the request to stay. It works again.
• In Settings, Invoices & Receipts, PDF opens the invoice from Stripe. It had opened a page of raw data.
• On Jobs, a draft role says Saved and when, instead of Posted.
• In Propose an interview, an On-site address now suggests places as you type, like every other address in Orbit.
• In Post a role, Let us interview you now asks for the role’s title first. After Stop here and edit what I have, the title had been left empty. Resuming one of these drafts now shows its own steps.
• Applicants, candidate stage emails and other places showed Untitled role, or an old title, for roles made with Post a role. They now show the role’s current title.
• Screening findings could include internal reference codes such as “(turn a-…)”. They’re gone, from older reports too.
• A screening invitation to someone whose CV you imported, or who applied with a PDF, now invites them to claim their CV.
• The screening invitation email said its link works once. It now says the link works until the deadline.
• The Orbit pricing page shows the fixed price per screening instead of a slider.

• In Settings, Invoices & Receipts, Download PDF now opens the invoice from Stripe. It had saved a file named .pdf that wouldn’t open.
• Duplicate now creates the copy as private, with a link of its own once you make it live. A copy had taken the original’s visibility and share-link settings, so its link carried the original’s title and the original’s password didn’t open it.
• Roles posted with Orbit on your Jobs page now show the employer’s name and open the role’s page. They had shown a placeholder name.
• Cover letters loads all your letters in one request, so it opens faster when you have many CVs, and it no longer says you have no letters while it loads. If loading fails, it says so and offers to reload.

• The role’s candidate list, the candidate’s Interviews and Screening cards, the Screening page and the Interviews page refresh when a candidate answers an interview request, or when a screening is started, finished, declined, expired or withdrawn.
• Everyone on your team who has the page open sees the change.
• What you are doing stays put. Your selection, filters and open dialogs are kept, and a card waits until you close a dialog before it refreshes.

• When a flag rests on something the candidate wrote, View findings shows their words under it, marked In their words. The words are checked against the screening before they appear, on reports written from now on.
• When no CV could be found to check the answers against, the report says Not checked against a CV, with a note under the summary, instead of Nothing worth a look.
• The answers of people whose CV you imported, or who applied with a PDF, are now checked against that CV. Their reports had read as if nothing needed a look.

• On a plan, the checkout says how long the discount lasts: your first month, a number of months, or for as long as you keep the plan. After that, the plan’s usual monthly price applies.
• A code that can’t be used says why, for example when it is spelled wrong, is for a first purchase only, or has already been used on your account.

• Screening reports for long templates are no longer cut off before the end.
• A completed screening whose report is still being written now says so, and says when it is taking longer than usual, instead of looking finished.
• Job pages on the Wipperoz website now update when you publish or change a role, and when its closing date passes. Some updates had waited for the next change to the role.
• On a phone, the rows in Billing wrap under their text instead of running off the screen.
• The failed-payment email now speaks of your Orbit subscription, not of seats.

• When an employer imports your CV and you open the claim link while signed in, Claim my CV now takes you straight to your CV. It had shown a blank Create your account form instead.
• If you already have a Virtual CV, an employer who imports your CV now invites you to share it, instead of creating a separate CV for you.

• Importing a CV for someone Orbit already holds a CV for reuses that CV instead of creating a second one.
• AI matches show each person once, with the CV that best fits the role. A matched person who also applied appears once, with the CV they applied with.
• Someone who already has a Virtual CV shows as “Has a Virtual CV” and is invited to share it. When it is public, you can open it from My candidates.
• Someone who asked not to be held on Wipperoz is not imported again, by any company.
• Wipperoz emails a person about their CV at most once a month. Import CVs says when an email was not sent for that reason.

A billing admin pauses in Settings, Billing, with Pause subscription. Cancel plan now offers a pause first.

• The pause starts when your current period ends, so the period you have paid for stays fully usable. It ends on the date you chose, on the same plan, and the card on file is charged then.
• Managed job ads pause with your subscription. Applicants keep arriving, everything stays readable and publishing stays free, but ranking, screening and the other managed features wait until the pause ends.
• Resume now ends the pause early. A new billing period starts that day at the full monthly price.
• You can have one pause at a time, and at most two in any 12 months. Cancelling while paused ends the subscription at once, with nothing more to pay.
• We email you when the pause starts, seven days before it ends, and when it ends.

Find it on the role’s Settings tab, under Apply link for your own posts, with Copy apply link. It works while the role is published.

Candidates who follow it send their CV as a PDF, it becomes a Virtual CV, and the application reaches the role like any other, free.

• Under Share, in Your links, a recruiter’s link says Created by and the company’s name, and Without your contact details when it leaves them out.
• The client sees your CV as you published it, without your email, phone, social links or documents unless the recruiter included contact details.
• Revoke ends the link straight away, like any of your own. It also stops working when the company’s access to your CV ends, and after 90 days at most.

• Close this account is at the end of Settings › Overview, for admins only. You type CLOSE to confirm, and it can’t be undone.
• It deletes every role and job ad, the public page and logo, and every application, candidate and screening, and it removes everyone on the team.
• Each colleague is emailed that the account and their access are gone. Their login is deleted, unless they also belong to another Orbit account, where they keep it. Calendar connections follow the same rule.
• Candidates with an open interview or screening are told it won’t take place, with a calendar cancellation when a time was confirmed. In their Virtual CV, the screening shows as cancelled with the reason, and its link stops working.

• On the role’s Candidates tab, tick two to four people and choose Compare. The comparison opens beside the list, in your language.
• It gives a verdict, a table of the role’s must-haves marked shown, partly shown or not shown in each CV, and each person’s strengths and gaps.
• From the comparison you can Screen selected, Shortlist, or Save to My candidates. Shortlist moves only the people who are still New, and emails nobody.
• Comparing the same people again on the same day brings back the comparison you already have.

The services behind Orbit are now much smaller to start, and the ones you wait on in production run with more processing power. The first request after a quiet period was where the wait was longest, and that is where it has shrunk most.

Resized photos on CVs and profiles load sooner the first time, and trying your CV on our website answers faster too.

• An applicant’s AI assessment now takes the role’s skills into account. It had been assessing every applicant without them.
• A CV that joined matching after a role was published is scored on its skills. It had been scored on location alone.
• The Templates tab and the screening picker showed every library template once per language. They now open in your language, and a language filter lets you pick another.
• Moving from one candidate to the next no longer shows the previous person’s screening for a moment, with its buttons live.
• A click no longer does nothing while a list reloads: setting a default card, removing a card or opening an invoice in Billing, inviting or removing a team member, creating or revoking an API key, saving, cloning or archiving a template, Mark all as read, logging out, and accepting a team invitation before the company’s name appears.
• Deleting a role now takes it off Wipperoz’s job listings and its public page, as closing it does. A deleted role had stayed listed and open to applications.
• Changing City or Country on a role’s ad didn’t change the location on the public job page. Location is now a single field, and the place you pick is the one candidates see.
• The ad preview and the publish step show the role’s real public address, with Copy address, and link to the page once it exists. They showed a placeholder address.
• A company logo hosted on another secure (https) website now shows on the public job page. The page had blocked it.
• A PDF CV under about 4 KB sent through a role’s apply form could be refused as unreadable. It is now read.
• A candidate is emailed about their stage only when it really changes, and the same offer is emailed once. Moving someone to a stage and back had emailed them each time.
• A team member whose email address has capital letters, often the person who created the account, can now be removed in Settings › Team. Orbit had said they weren’t on the team.
• Read the API docs, in Settings › API keys, now opens the documentation for Orbit.
• Screen readers announce dialogs by their title and description.

• Signing up with Google works again. Since 9 September, a first sign-in with Google went back to the sign-in page without creating the account.
• After closing your account, you can sign up again with the same email address. Sign-up had refused the address and asked you to log in to the closed account. A new account on an address that had one before doesn’t get the Welcome Credit again.
• Quick Apply on a role that has closed or been removed now says “This role is no longer available.” instead of asking you to refresh and try again, which could never help.
• The low-balance, automatic top-up paused and monthly spend emails carried Orbit’s banner and name. They now carry Wipperoz’s, and the top-up paused email says what stops in Virtual CV, such as CV tailoring and cover letters, instead of pointing you to Orbit.
• On 1 September, the monthly jobs that reset Automatic top-up’s monthly count and send the Monthly spend report failed to run. They run again from 1 October.
• Interview request and confirmation emails, and other notification emails meant to go out at once, waited for the next batch, up to 10 minutes. They now go straight away.
• Trying your CV on our website with a very small PDF, under about 4 KB, no longer fails as unreadable.
• When trying your CV on our website fails, the page now says why in your language, for example a file that isn’t a PDF or can’t be read. It had shown a technical message in English.
• Screen readers announce dialogs by their title and description.

• Import CVs is on a role’s Candidates tab and on My candidates. Add each person’s name, email and PDF, and confirm that you have their permission or another lawful basis.
• Every PDF becomes a Virtual CV held for that person, at no cost.
• Wipperoz emails each person in the language of their CV. The email comes from us, never in your name: it says your company added their CV and why, and that nothing was signed up in their name. They can see the CV and decide whether you keep access, or say no, which deletes it and ends your access.
• You can leave the email off and send it later from My candidates, where each import shows its status.
• Someone who already has a Wipperoz account isn’t added. Nothing is created or shared, the file is deleted, and we tell them, with a link to apply when the role is published.
• A CV nobody claims is deleted after 90 days. Seven days before, the person who imported it gets a reminder with a way to send the claim email again.

• The email comes from Wipperoz, never in the company’s name, in the language of your CV. It says which company added your CV and why, and that nothing was signed up in your name.
• See your CV, then decide. Claiming it makes it yours, free. A box lets that company keep reading your CV after you claim it; leave it unticked and their access ends when you claim. You can end it later from the CV’s Public settings.
• Or choose This isn’t me, or I don’t want this. We delete the CV and the company loses access straight away, and you don’t need an account to do it.
• If you do nothing, the CV is deleted after 90 days.
• If you already have a Wipperoz account, nothing is created, attached or shared. The company’s file is deleted, and when the role is published we send you a link to apply, if you want to.

• The email comes from Wipperoz. Keep lets the company go on reading the CV you applied with after your application ends. No thanks changes nothing. Your application isn’t affected either way.
• Opening a link never answers for you: you confirm on the page it opens, without signing in. If you don’t answer, they don’t keep it, and the links work for 90 days.
• Employers you applied to, in your CV’s Public settings, now shows one row per company, marked Kept for future roles when they kept it. Ending a company’s access ends every reason it had to read your CV, all at once.

• In Settings › Your public page, Based in suggests places as you type.
• On a role’s The ad tab, City and Country become one Location field with the same suggestions. The place you pick is the one candidates see on the public job page.

• Publishing a role costs nothing. What you pay for is managing an ad: AI ranking and fit scores, matching from the candidate pool, screening, comparisons, automations, sharing with a client and the pipeline with its stages, notes and shortlist.
• An ad that isn’t managed shows everyone who applied, in the order they applied, and each one opens their Virtual CV. Nobody is left out, and you can propose an interview on any ad.
• Use Manage this ad or Stop managing on the role. Managing takes a slot from your plan, or a single ad when the plan is full, and closing the ad frees the slot. A single ad’s slot doesn’t come back once you stop managing it.
• The ad’s channels on the role’s Settings tab update as soon as the ad is managed or stops being managed, for everyone on the team who has the role open.
• A role needs a category the first time it is published. While an ad is managed, its title and category can’t be changed.
• A closed role you publish again comes back not managed.
• Roles that were already live when this changed are managed for you. They count on top of your plan for a while, Billing shows until when, and they stay managed after that.

Orbit pricing shows what a managed ad includes and what the plans cost.

• A score starts from the skills the role requires, with the nice-to-haves as a bonus rather than a penalty. Location counts only when the role isn’t remote and both sides name a country. The AI’s assessment then leads the final score.
• Every score carries a band: Strong from 75, Good from 50, and Partial below that.
• On the Candidates tab, Minimum match (Any, 40+, 60+, 80+) filters the list and Sort orders it by Best match, Newest or Name.
• Re-score matches scores a managed role’s matches again with the new method, keeping stages, notes and the shortlist.

• My candidates is a new page in Orbit’s menu. It holds the people you save from your roles and the CVs you import.
• Choose Save to My candidates on a role’s candidates. Wipperoz emails each person to ask whether your company may keep the CV they applied with for future roles. Their application isn’t affected either way, and if they don’t answer, you don’t keep it.
• Each saved person shows where they stand: waiting for an answer, Kept, Declined or Access ended.
• When you close a role, Orbit offers to ask its applicants the same question.
• Search by skills, or paste a job description, and rank the results with AI. Each result says why it was ranked where it is. Searching is free.
• On a managed role, Suggested from your past roles finds people from your earlier roles who fit this one. Save them or invite them to apply.
• Remove people one at a time or several at once.

• Single ad: 59, one-off, managed until the role closes. Starter: 139 a month for 3 ads at a time. Team: 199 for 5. Growth: 369 for 10. Scale: 849 for 25. The numbers are the same in US and Australian dollars.
• Australian accounts see prices excluding GST, and 10% GST is added to the invoice. Accounts outside Australia pay the price shown.
• Settings › Billing shows your plan and how many managed ads are in use. From there you can move up a plan straight away, paying only the difference for the rest of the period, move down at the end of the period, cancel, or buy a single ad. A cancelled plan runs to the end of its period, and publishing stays free.
• New accounts choose a plan or a single ad, with a card, in the last step of setting up. The step says when the card is charged: now for your choice, monthly after that for a plan, and at the end of the month for any screenings beyond the included ones.
• An account with no plan yet is asked to choose one: admins in Billing, everyone else to ask an admin.
• Credits, seats and top-ups are gone from Orbit. The team is listed without seat counts, and matching, ranking, comparisons and the template assistant cost nothing extra.
• Your logo on your job ads and public page now needs a paid plan. Without one, they carry the Wipperoz look.
• The invoice list in Billing labels screening invoices and single-ad receipts.

Orbit pricing has a calculator that suggests a plan.

• Open Automations in the role’s header and switch on the rules you want.
• Auto-screen strong fits sends a new applicant who is a Strong fit a screening, in the name of the person who switched it on. You choose whether it may go past the ad’s included screenings.
• Auto-shortlist after screening shortlists a candidate whose screening report has no concerns.
• Auto-move partial fits moves a new applicant who is a Partial fit to Rejected, without emailing them.
• Keep shortlisted at close asks the shortlisted, when the role closes, whether you may keep their CV in My candidates.
• Activity lists everything the rules did, each with Undo. A screening can be undone while the candidate hasn’t started it.

• The role’s header holds whether the ad is managed, the included screenings left, Share with client and Automations, whichever tab you are on.
• The Candidates tab lists people on one side and opens the person you pick beside them.
• On a laptop, the main menu folds into a column of icons to give the list more room.

• The role’s header shows how many included screenings are left.
• Every template shows its cost per screening, worked out from what its screenings actually cost to run and recalculated each month. The price is fixed when a screening is sent.
• The ad’s first extra screening asks you to confirm the price. Extra screenings are charged at the end of the month, and only the ones candidates complete.
• A monthly limit stops extra screenings once it is reached. Billing admins set it in Settings › Billing, and it starts at 200.
• A screening nobody answers expires an hour after its deadline, and the ad gets its included screening back. So does one that is declined or cancelled.
• The assistant that drafts a template’s sections with AI is free.
• An integration can send a screening through the public API with a key that has the Screening scope. The same included screenings and prices apply, and the answer says whether the screening was included or billed.

• On a managed role, tick the candidates to share, up to 20, and choose Share with client. Each person gets their own link, and Orbit gives you a list ready to paste into an email.
• Your client sees the CV as the candidate published it, without email, phone, social links, documents or the interview button, unless you include contact details.
• Links last at most 90 days, and 90 unless you choose less. The Client links card on the role shows how often each one was opened, and Switch off ends a link straight away.
• A link also stops working when your access to that candidate ends, or when your company closes its Orbit account.
• The candidate sees the link among their own, marked as created by your company, and can switch it off too.

• Your public CV’s link now carries its own title (your name and headline), a short description taken from your summary, and your photo. Search engines show these instead of the app’s sign-in page, and link previews, such as on LinkedIn or Slack, show them for every link to your CV.
• Only a public CV at its own address can appear in search results. A CV with a password, an expiry date or a view limit, and the share links you create for someone, stay out of them. A CV with a password, or one that hides your personal details, isn’t named on the page either.
• If you change your CV’s address, the old link now takes people to the new one. The link of a deleted CV says the page is gone.
• Search results show the Wipperoz icon next to your CV.

• The charts on your CV analytics — views over time, countries, section engagement — are readable in dark mode. They had been drawing in colours that disappeared against the dark background.
• Menus and the profile button show a pointer when you hover them, so it is clear they can be clicked.

• When you close a role, the CVs of everyone who applied to it stay readable for ninety more days, then access ends. Before this, closing left that access open with no end date.
• Re-publishing the role lifts the end date again.
• This now covers every way a candidate can apply, including those who applied with their own Virtual CV rather than uploading a file — they were being skipped, so access to their CV never ended.
• A candidate who sent the same CV to two of your roles keeps it readable while either role is still published.

• Your CV now lists the employers who can currently open the copy you applied with, and when they were given access.
• You can end any of them. That employer stops being able to open your CV from their side.
• A CV that is still live stays readable through its public link. Ending an employer’s access removes their private route to it, not your public page — take the CV offline if you want that closed too.

• Importing a PDF no longer loses whole sections. A CV exported from Wipperoz could come back with its education missing: the file was being read one character at a time, so the text reached us as “E d u c a t i o n” and the section was lost.
• Files named like “CV (1).pdf” now upload, along with names containing accents, apostrophes or ampersands. They were refused before, and “CV (1).pdf” is what a browser calls your second download.
• The guided, question-by-question builder saves your answers again. It was failing on the very first one.
• Dates and languages you give in the guided builder are stored as real values: “March 2019” becomes a date the editor can read, and “English fluent” becomes English at a fluent level rather than a language called “English fluent”. A date we cannot read for certain, like “Summer 2019”, is kept in your own words instead of being guessed at.

• Every role in the list now shows what needs you on it — candidates waiting on a decision, rather than a count of rows.
• Roles with nothing outstanding stay quiet, so the list is a queue of work rather than an inventory.
• Counts and the candidates they refer to are now read the same way, so a role can no longer claim attention it does not need.

• Publishing a role includes its first 50 AI matches, as before.
• When you want more, the role page offers the next 50 for a flat 150 credits and shows that price before you commit.
• While a paid batch is running, the role says so and the page follows it through, instead of looking finished.

• Someone you have invited sees the invitation and can accept it, instead of being shown a workspace they cannot use yet.
• Someone removed from a team is told so plainly, rather than meeting refusals without an explanation.
• Setting up a new team now asks for a card and an automatic top-up rule as part of onboarding, so a role does not stop halfway for want of credits.

• When an invitation to apply is refused, for example because the candidate has reached their weekly contact limit, Orbit shows the reason again instead of a generic error.
• If an AI task, such as reading a job description or drafting with AI, never finishes, Orbit stops waiting after a deadline and says so, instead of showing Thinking… indefinitely.

• A shared CV link that doesn’t exist now says so, instead of saying the CV couldn’t load.
• The tab that opens while your PDF is generated no longer reports a missing CV when it opens before your session has loaded. Fixed on 16 September.
• Accepting an AI suggestion in Awards keeps the award’s name and kind.
• Rescheduling from the Interviews list sends the interview you picked.
• Interview statuses use the same labels on cards, in the timeline and in the details.
• Interview times no longer show the previous day for people west of UTC.
• Usage & History fits a phone screen, and its controls are easier to tap.
• Your CV’s Public settings now include “Let employers invite me to apply”, and switching it off is saved. Invitation emails already said invitations could be turned off there, but the switch wasn’t shown. It also covers screening and interview invitations from Orbit.
• The link in an invitation email for changing your invitation settings opens the matched CV in the editor, where that switch is.

Start from Settings. Each attempt costs 20 credits, with up to 3 attempts a day and 10 a month, and if you leave before the camera check runs, the credits come back straight away.

The badge shows on your shared CV and in the recruiter preview, and recruiters see it in Orbit. A verified identity adds 10 to your trust score. It lasts until your ID expires, for up to three years, and you can verify again in the last 30 days.

• The top-up dialog links, on its own line, to the pricing page that explains what credits buy.
• The hint under your sign-in email now says the address can’t be changed, instead of implying that changing it needs a new verification.
• Every sign-in and verification loading screen shows the animated Wipperoz W.

Offer up to five times from the candidate, or type times in by hand when you have not set your availability. The candidate answers in the Virtual CV app, or from the emailed link if they have no account, and can confirm, ask for other times or decline. Both sides get reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before.

A new Interviews page lists every interview, with calendar and timeline views. In Settings, each team member can connect Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar and set the hours candidates can be offered.

It works with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft certifications on Credly, and with Microsoft Learn transcripts. Checks are free, up to 10 a day, with up to 50 credentials stored.

A credential has to be yours: a Credly badge must be issued to one of your confirmed emails, and you can confirm more addresses in Settings. For Microsoft Learn, add your transcript link (on Microsoft Learn: your profile, Transcript, Share link); it is matched to your confirmed emails the same way. A link to a single Microsoft Learn certification cannot be verified.

Each verified, current certification adds 10 to your trust score and an expired one 5, up to 15 in total. Skill badges show but do not count. Recruiters see verified certifications in Orbit.

• Section views and video plays on shared CVs are recorded again. They had stopped being collected after the August redesign, so engagement from that period is missing from your analytics.
• Apple Wallet passes update again when your CV changes or is viewed, and new devices register correctly.
• Word exports keep the CV header inside the page and include the photo you uploaded.
• A video opened on a phone can be closed and paused.
• While a CV is built from an uploaded file, the live preview fills in as the file is read instead of going blank.
• The date range in Usage & History filters your usage.
• Signing in or up with an email that belongs to an Orbit account tells you which product it is registered on.

Start a screening from the candidate in your pipeline. The candidate is told before they begin that the screening is led by AI, and answers on a private link whenever it suits them.

The report shows what they said and where it sits against their CV. It informs your decision and never rejects anyone on its own. Screening is charged on the work each conversation actually uses, and a candidate can ask for their screening data to be removed.

Commenting is part of the share link, so you can give it to one person and not another. Comments stay private to you and the people holding a commenting link.

Deleting the CV or your account removes the links and the comments with them.

Most CVs describe duties rather than results. Open Find numbers to add from the experience editor: it reads what you have written, picks out the lines where a figure would carry the claim, and asks you for it.

It never makes up a number. The figure comes from you, which is the only way it can be true.

• Accepting an invitation to join a team on Orbit works. It had not worked since team invitations were introduced.
• Sign-in and sign-up errors are shown in your language, without the technical wrapper that used to come before them.

Give a hiring manager access to read applications without buying them a seat.

Turning an application into a Virtual CV is never charged, however many arrive, and Wipperoz takes no commission on a hire.

Orbit pricing shows what seats and credits cost.

Choose Interactive when you create a CV. Instead of a blank form or a chat box, the builder asks one question at a time and keeps track of what it still needs to cover, so the questions follow your answers rather than a fixed script.

It is the easiest way in if an empty CV form makes you freeze, or if you are describing work a recruiter may not recognise.

Open the match from the candidate panel and send the invitation. It goes to the owner of the matched Virtual CV.

Candidates can only be contacted a limited number of times each week, across every employer.

Copy the feed address from a role’s Settings tab and give it to the board. It serves your account’s open roles, so closing a role takes it out of the feed.

Switch on Live assist for a CV and it proofreads the description fields as you type. Nothing is applied on its own, and nothing is invented: it only works with what you have already written.

The switch belongs to the CV, so your choice follows it to any device.

Create a key in Orbit under Settings, API keys, and choose what it can do: read jobs, or read and manage jobs to post and publish roles. Applications arrive in the same Orbit console whichever route a candidate came through.

The developer documentation, including a reference generated from the API specification, is published in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

The codes are shown once, and you can download them at that moment. If you lose your device, the sign-in screen offers a way in with one of them.

You can generate a new set at any time, which cancels the old one.

A screening is built from a template your team owns. When you would rather start from something than from nothing, the editor can draft a section with AI, and you edit the draft before it is ever sent.

AI drafting is charged as used, like every other AI action in Orbit.
