• When an invitation to apply is refused, for example because the candidate has reached their weekly contact limit, Orbit shows the reason again instead of a generic error.
• If an AI task, such as reading a job description or drafting with AI, never finishes, Orbit stops waiting after a deadline and says so, instead of showing Thinking… indefinitely.

• A shared CV link that doesn’t exist now says so, instead of saying the CV couldn’t load.
• The tab that opens while your PDF is generated no longer reports a missing CV when it opens before your session has loaded. Fixed on 16 September.
• Accepting an AI suggestion in Awards keeps the award’s name and kind.
• Rescheduling from the Interviews list sends the interview you picked.
• Interview statuses use the same labels on cards, in the timeline and in the details.
• Interview times no longer show the previous day for people west of UTC.
• Usage & History fits a phone screen, and its controls are easier to tap.
• Your CV’s Public settings now include “Let employers invite me to apply”, and switching it off is saved. Invitation emails already said invitations could be turned off there, but the switch wasn’t shown. It also covers screening and interview invitations from Orbit.
• The link in an invitation email for changing your invitation settings opens the matched CV in the editor, where that switch is.

Start from Settings. Each attempt costs 20 credits, with up to 3 attempts a day and 10 a month, and if you leave before the camera check runs, the credits come back straight away.

The badge shows on your shared CV and in the recruiter preview, and recruiters see it in Orbit. A verified identity adds 10 to your trust score. It lasts until your ID expires, for up to three years, and you can verify again in the last 30 days.

• The top-up dialog links, on its own line, to the pricing page that explains what credits buy.
• The hint under your sign-in email now says the address can’t be changed, instead of implying that changing it needs a new verification.
• Every sign-in and verification loading screen shows the animated Wipperoz W.

Offer up to five times from the candidate, or type times in by hand when you have not set your availability. The candidate answers in the Virtual CV app, or from the emailed link if they have no account, and can confirm, ask for other times or decline. Both sides get reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before.

A new Interviews page lists every interview, with calendar and timeline views. In Settings, each team member can connect Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar and set the hours candidates can be offered.

It works with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft certifications on Credly, and with Microsoft Learn transcripts and per-certification links. Checks are free, up to 10 a day, with up to 50 credentials stored.

A credential has to be yours: a Credly badge must be issued to one of your confirmed emails, and you can confirm more addresses in Settings; a Microsoft Learn certification link is matched to the name on your profile.

Each verified, current certification adds 10 to your trust score and an expired one 5, up to 15 in total. Skill badges show but do not count. Recruiters see verified certifications in Orbit.

• Section views and video plays on shared CVs are recorded again. They had stopped being collected after the August redesign, so engagement from that period is missing from your analytics.
• Apple Wallet passes update again when your CV changes or is viewed, and new devices register correctly.
• Word exports keep the CV header inside the page and include the photo you uploaded.
• A video opened on a phone can be closed and paused.
• While a CV is built from an uploaded file, the live preview fills in as the file is read instead of going blank.
• The date range in Usage & History filters your usage.
• Signing in or up with an email that belongs to an Orbit account tells you which product it is registered on.

Start a screening from the candidate in your pipeline. The candidate is told before they begin that the screening is led by AI, and answers on a private link whenever it suits them.

The report shows what they said and where it sits against their CV. It informs your decision and never rejects anyone on its own. Screening is charged on the work each conversation actually uses, and a candidate can ask for their screening data to be removed.

Commenting is part of the share link, so you can give it to one person and not another. Comments stay private to you and the people holding a commenting link.

Deleting the CV or your account removes the links and the comments with them.

Most CVs describe duties rather than results. Open Find numbers to add from the experience editor: it reads what you have written, picks out the lines where a figure would carry the claim, and asks you for it.

It never makes up a number. The figure comes from you, which is the only way it can be true.

• Accepting an invitation to join a team on Orbit works. It had not worked since team invitations were introduced.
• Sign-in and sign-up errors are shown in your language, without the technical wrapper that used to come before them.

Give a hiring manager access to read applications without buying them a seat.

Turning an application into a Virtual CV is never charged, however many arrive, and Wipperoz takes no commission on a hire.

Orbit pricing shows what seats and credits cost.

Choose Interactive when you create a CV. Instead of a blank form or a chat box, the builder asks one question at a time and keeps track of what it still needs to cover, so the questions follow your answers rather than a fixed script.

It is the easiest way in if an empty CV form makes you freeze, or if you are describing work a recruiter may not recognise.

Open the match from the candidate panel and send the invitation. It goes to the owner of the matched Virtual CV.

Candidates can only be contacted a limited number of times each week, across every employer.

Copy the feed address from a role’s Settings tab and give it to the board. It serves your account’s open roles, so closing a role takes it out of the feed.

Switch on Live assist for a CV and it proofreads the description fields as you type. Nothing is applied on its own, and nothing is invented: it only works with what you have already written.

The switch belongs to the CV, so your choice follows it to any device.

Create a key in Orbit under Settings, API keys, and choose what it can do: read jobs, or read and manage jobs to post and publish roles. Applications arrive in the same Orbit console whichever route a candidate came through.

The developer documentation, including a reference generated from the API specification, is published in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

The codes are shown once, and you can download them at that moment. If you lose your device, the sign-in screen offers a way in with one of them.

You can generate a new set at any time, which cancels the old one.

A screening is built from a template your team owns. When you would rather start from something than from nothing, the editor can draft a section with AI, and you edit the draft before it is ever sent.

AI drafting is charged as used, like every other AI action in Orbit.
