A freshly minted CV is self-reported, and Orbit marks it that way — no invented trust score, no implied tick. Employer verification and peer endorsements appear per experience once the candidate claims their CV, and until then the meter honestly reads “no score”, not a low one.

The search equity of your hiring stays yours — we do not accumulate it off your roles, because our model does not need your traffic to land on us.
