Here’s what you should know before using Wipperoz:

What Wipperoz is

Wipperoz is a career platform that helps you create and share a Virtual CV, including a video introduction.
We provide tools, not guarantees — we don’t promise interviews, jobs, or outcomes.

Your account

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
You’re responsible for everything done under your account.

Credits & payments

Wipperoz uses a pay-as-you-go credit system.
Credits can be topped up and used for AI features and CV creation.
Credits aren’t refundable (except where Australian law requires).

Your content

You own your content.
You give us permission to host and display it so the platform works.
If you publish your Virtual CV publicly, others may view or share it.

If a coach created a CV for you

Career professionals can use Wipperoz to prepare a Virtual CV for a client — with that client’s consent
The draft stays private until the client claims it
On claiming it, the client owns it and the coach’s access ends
Unclaimed drafts are deleted after 90 days

AI features

AI helps you improve your CV, but it’s not advice.
You must review everything before using or sharing it.
We don’t use your data to train AI models.

PDF downloads

PDF export is optional and provided for legacy compatibility.
The shareable Virtual CV link is the main product.

What we’re not responsible for

Hiring decisions, recruiter behaviour, or third-party actions
Losses caused by how others use your shared content
Outcomes based on AI-generated suggestions

If something goes wrong

We can suspend or close accounts that break the rules.
Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (as allowed by law).

Bottom line

Wipperoz gives you better tools to present yourself — how you use them is up to you.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Wipperoz.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wipperoz platform, products, and services, including the Wipperoz Virtual CV (together, the “Services”), operated by Wipperoz Pty Ltd (ACN 623 500 603) (“Wipperoz”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Description of the Services

Wipperoz provides a digital career platform that allows users (“Users”, “you”) to:

Create a Virtual CV using manual input, AI-assisted tools, or PDF conversion
Record and display a video introduction
Publish, manage, and share a public or private Virtual CV link
Export a legacy PDF version for compatibility purposes
Purchase and use credits on a pay-as-you-go basis
Optionally enable interview scheduling or recruiter interactions where available

Wipperoz does not act as an employer, recruiter, or hiring agent and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
Provide accurate and current information

The Services are not intended for minors or users without legal capacity.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify Wipperoz immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

Wipperoz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Credits, Pricing & Payments

5.1 Credits & Pay-As-You-Go

Wipperoz operates on a credit-based system.
Credits may be used to create or enhance Virtual CVs, convert PDFs, use AI features, or access paid services.
An initial credit allocation may be provided at sign-up.
Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5.2 Top-Ups & Fees

Credits can be purchased via top-ups at prices displayed on the platform.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe).

5.3 Refunds

Except where required by law, credits are non-refundable once purchased.
Unused credits may expire if your account is terminated or inactive for an extended period (as notified).

You control whether your Virtual CV is private, unlisted, or public.
If you choose to publish publicly, your content may be viewed, shared, or accessed by third parties.
Wipperoz is not responsible for how third parties use publicly shared content.

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.

7. Legacy PDF Export

Wipperoz may offer an optional PDF export for compatibility with traditional systems.

You acknowledge that:

The PDF version may not reflect the full interactive experience
The Virtual CV link is the primary and recommended format
Wipperoz does not guarantee acceptance of PDFs by third parties

8. AI Features & Limitations

Some Services may use artificial intelligence or automated tools.

You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content is provided as assistance, not advice
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or generic
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all content before use

Wipperoz does not guarantee hiring outcomes, accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.

9. Interviews & Recruiter Interactions

Where enabled:

Wipperoz may facilitate interview requests, scheduling, or contact
Wipperoz does not guarantee responses, interviews, or job offers
Recruiters and third parties act independently

Wipperoz is not responsible for communications, decisions, or outcomes arising from these interactions.

10. Community Board (Community Marketplace Feature)

Wipperoz may provide a Community Board feature that allows Users to publish posts, offers, requests, or listings (including but not limited to job opportunities, freelance services, collaborations, or community support).

The Community Board is a community-driven service only.

10.1 No Agency / No Transaction Role

You acknowledge and agree that:

Wipperoz does not act as an agent, broker, recruiter, employer, contractor, or representative of any User.
Wipperoz does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or approve any listing, post, service provider, employer, candidate, or offer made through the Community Board.
Any interaction, communication, negotiation, or transaction is strictly between Users.

10.2 No Responsibility for Off-Platform Transactions

Any agreements, payments, work arrangements, employment relationships, or service delivery that occur as a result of the Community Board are conducted entirely outside of the Wipperoz platform, even if initiated through it.

Wipperoz is not responsible for:

non-payment, disputes, or refunds
fraud, scams, misleading advertising, or misrepresentation
workplace issues, safety incidents, injuries, or damages
breaches of employment law, contract law, or tax obligations
delivery of services, quality of work, or outcomes
harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct between Users

10.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

ensuring your listings and communications are lawful and accurate
conducting your own checks, due diligence, and risk assessment
complying with applicable laws (including employment, consumer, and taxation laws)
obtaining any insurance, permits, or licences required for your activities

10.4 Removal of Content

Wipperoz may remove, edit, hide, or restrict Community Board posts at its discretion, including where content is reported, unlawful, misleading, abusive, or breaches these Terms.

Wipperoz is not obligated to monitor Community Board activity, but may do so to protect the platform and Users.

11. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of your content.

By using the Services, you grant Wipperoz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, display, and modify your content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You represent that:

You have the right to upload and share the content
Your content does not infringe third-party rights
Your content is lawful, accurate, and not misleading

12. Prohibited Use

You must not:

Upload false, misleading, or deceptive information
Impersonate another person
Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
Upload malicious code or abusive content

Wipperoz may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

13. Suspension & Termination

Wipperoz may suspend or terminate your account if:

You breach these Terms
Your actions pose a risk to the platform or others
Required by law

You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to refunds except where required by law.

14. Changes to the Services or Terms

Wipperoz may update these Terms or the Services from time to time.

If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
Wipperoz does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation
Wipperoz does not guarantee employment outcomes
Wipperoz does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, safety, or outcomes of any interactions or transactions made through the Community Board.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

Wipperoz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
Wipperoz’s total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Wipperoz in the 12 months preceding the claim
This limitation applies to claims arising from Community Board posts, communications, or third-party dealings.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive authority.

20. Virtual CVs Created on Behalf of Another Person (Professional Use)

20.1 What this covers

Wipperoz may allow career coaches, CV writers, and other career professionals (each a “Partner”) to create a Virtual CV on behalf of a client (a “Delegated Virtual CV”).

Use of this feature is governed by the Wipperoz Partner Terms in addition to these Terms. Where the Partner Terms and these Terms conflict in relation to a Delegated Virtual CV, the Partner Terms prevail as between Wipperoz and the Partner. Nothing in the Partner Terms reduces the rights of the client under these Terms or under the Privacy Policy.

20.2 Partner obligations

A Partner who creates a Delegated Virtual CV warrants that:

they have a genuine professional engagement with the client
they have obtained the client’s informed consent to create a Virtual CV on their behalf and to provide the client’s personal information to Wipperoz for that purpose
the information they provide is accurate and lawfully held
the client’s details were not obtained from a purchased, scraped, or bulk-collected list

A Partner must accept the Partner Terms before creating their first Delegated Virtual CV.

20.3 Status of a Delegated Virtual CV before it is claimed

Until the client claims it, a Delegated Virtual CV:

is not published, not shared by link, and not publicly accessible
is accessible only to the Partner who created it and to authorised Wipperoz personnel where necessary for support, security, or investigating misuse
is held by Wipperoz on the Partner’s instruction, and is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy
is retained for a maximum of 90 days, with notice sent to the client 7 days before deletion, and is permanently deleted if not claimed within that period

The client may request immediate deletion at any time, using the link provided in the invitation email or by contacting Wipperoz.

20.4 Claiming

A client claims a Delegated Virtual CV by creating a Wipperoz account and accepting these Terms directly. On claiming:

the client becomes the User in respect of that Virtual CV and holds the rights and responsibilities set out in section 11
the Partner’s access to the Virtual CV ends, unless the client subsequently grants access
the client controls all publishing and visibility settings

20.5 No agency

Wipperoz is not a party to the engagement between a Partner and their client, does not supervise or endorse any Partner, and is not responsible for the advice, conduct, fees, or service quality of any Partner. Wipperoz does not act as an employer, recruiter, or hiring agent in connection with this feature.

20.6 Enforcement

Wipperoz may suspend or terminate a Partner account, and delete any affected Delegated Virtual CVs, where we reasonably believe a Partner has breached section 20.2 or the Partner Terms — including where a Partner creates Virtual CVs for people with whom they have no genuine engagement, or at a volume or pattern inconsistent with genuine coaching activity.
